Quality Supervisor - Mechanical for a Leading Spanish Engineering Company

Candidate would be working initially at Head office in AP as part of management team of one of our projects in India but, after some time, he may be deployed to one of our erection or fabrication sites in India.

1.- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BE, B-TECH.

2.- Experience on following fields is required:

2.1.- Experience working as supervisor/manager in charge of quality control
activities on mechanical / structural field.

2.2.- Experience on Bulk Material Handling Projects and familiar on quality
control activities for fabrication of medium and heavy structures as well as installation and commissioning of components like hoists, EOT cranes, drive groups (motor, reducers, couplings, brakes), bearings, wires, hydraulic components and systems, lubrication components and systems, pulleys, tension devices, etc.

2.3.- Good communication skills as well as dynamic approach would be highly
appreciated.

2.4.- Any additional professional training on Quality Assurance, Quality Audits, Quality Inspections or on Health and Safety Plans would be highly appreciated.

In case of Diploma Engineering, minimum 8 years of accumulated experience on any of above mentioned fields is required.

In case of BE, B-ETCH minimum 6 years of accumulated experience on any of above mentioned fields is required.

Experience to be proved by means of recommendation letters and contact details of previous employers.

3.- High level of technical English (written and spoken).

4.- Advance knowledge of latest versions of Microsoft Office package as well as AutoCad is required. Advance knowledge about software for control of progress of the work / planning like Primavera or any other would be appreciated.

5.- Availability for travelling within India as well as availability to relocation anywhere in India for long periods of time is required.
