Education and skills: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.

Should have experience in Electro - mechanical Construction projects covering Power / Steel / Cement & Oil and Gas sectors.
Should be capable of identifying the opportunities in domestic and international market.
Must have excellent negotiating and contractual skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Exposure to Gulf work environment and knowledge of international Standards, Codes and regulations will be an added advantage.
Job Description : -
1. Assessment of the requirements of project and pre information of new projects.
2. Identify new business opportunities in the areas of group’s operation and to bid competitively for projects.
3. Co-ordination with clients, & Consultants, other contractors for business development.
4. Guide proposal team for bidding various projects.
5. Techno-commercial negotiations with customers/consultants till finalization of contract.
For EPC division, the candidate should have the experience of proposals, estimation, bidding, budgeting of EPC projects.
The candidates should have minimum 15+ years of experience.
