Job Responsibilities
Manpower Planning
Recruitment/Separation of all the corporate resources.
Policy deployment plans & charts
Monitoring various Training and Development plans.
Responsible for HR interventions/OD initiatives
Performance Counseling of Corporate resources
Employee Engagement
Compensation revision

Competency Profile required
Meeting Recruitment cycle time & Recruitment cost
Talent search, Recruitment and retention and development.
Tapping Human potential
HR initiatives – Cultural Change, Quality & Cost consciousness and customer orientation.

Should have experience in HR practices of Manufacturing and Sales related areas. Working in a corp. role would be preferable
