Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:1)Accounting the capex transactions against approved PO/work order, GRN and Invoice in SAP.
2)Ensure payments are released to the Vendors as per PO terms
3)Prepare Capex status reports for each project – Actual Vs Budget on a weekly basis
4)Planning project vendor payments for cashflow
5)Ensure statutory compliance relating to projects
6)Coordinate with the location accountants as well as project manager for GRNs and Bills
7)Update the project Manager / SMRI head with capex status and pending purchase orders & GRNS
8)Coordinate with the statutory and internal auditors for capex audit
9)Account for all SMRI capex as well as revenue transactions and ensure timely payments .
Educational qualifications: B.COM / M.Com / ICWA inter
Experience : 5-6 year experiance in a manufacturing industry in a purchase accounting role.
