Opening for a Project Manager - Mechanical in an European MNC Company

Designation: Project Manager – Mechanical

Qualification: BE, B-TECH - Mechanical (or) Structural Engineering
Specialization: Project Management
Experience: 10 years

Field of Experience:
1. Experience working as Manager within the Project Management team on project execution involving activities for planning, coordination and implementation of all necessary activities of the project as well as continuous follow up of progress of the job. Interaction with customer and consultants during different stages of projects.
2. Search and identification of possible suppliers / sub-contractors.
Active participation in installation, testing and commissioning of large scale material handling systems consisting of Conveyor Network, Stackers, Reclaimers, Ship Loaders,Ship Unloaders, Wagon tipplers, Wagon loaders etc.
3. Familiar with local suppliers for components like hoists, EOT cranes, drive groups (motor, reducers, couplings, brakes), bearings, wires, hydraulic components and systems, lubrication components and systems, pulleys, tension devices, idlers, rollers,etc. Preparation of Technical Specifications for these components based on Basic Design requirements.

Others:
1. Advance knowledge of latest versions of Microsoft Office package as well as AutoCad is required. Advance knowledge about software for control of progress of the work / planning like Primavera or any other would be
appreciated.
2. High level of technical English and Hindi (written and spoken)
3. Good communication skills as well as dynamic approach.
4. Experience working abroad would be highly appreciated.
