Key Responsibilities:1)Financial feasibility analysis of new investments in various quarries & plants
a)Estimate the quarry purchase costs
b)Estimate the new plant setup costs
c)Prepare cost sheet for cost of production
d)Prepare Financial projections for each project
e)Calculate IRR, payback period for each project
f)Sensitivity analysis
g)Financial summary with recommendations
2)Compiling the capex budgets for Business plan.
3)Obtain Capex approvals as per authority matrix
4)Help the SMRI team on various financial estimates & projections.
5)Statutory compliance related to SMRI
6)Help the SMRI team in updating the stage gate template for Management review
7)Prepare & report location wise quarry reserves
Educational qualifications & experiance :Qualified CWA / CA having 4-5 years of experience in project appraisal & capex management, costing and variance analysis, budgeting and statutory compliance etc.
Specific skill set:-Good analytical skills
-Effective communication
-Better interpersonal skills
-Advanced spreadsheet skills
