Reports to: Head India Operations
Experience : More than 10 years of relevant exp 
 
  • Team management skills and building relationship with other peers
  • Good knowledge for sourcing and recruitment
  • Knowledge on automation of various HR activities
  • Knowledge on performance management systems
  • Knowledge on Financial implications based on HR activities
  • Ability to scale up in an organization that already has and is working on a strong set of  process
  • Ability to fit in the structure and then build relationships at a strategic and tactical level
  • Ability to bring a change to align with the strategy of the HR Department
  • Good knowledge on the following strategic areas:
  • Training and Development for all the employees in the organization
  • Market survey knowledge to compare processes, procedures and salaries
  • Attrition Management
  • Resource Planning
  • Career planning for the employees
  • Branding and awareness
