Experience : More than 10 years of relevant exp
- Team management skills and building relationship with other peers
- Good knowledge for sourcing and recruitment
- Knowledge on automation of various HR activities
- Knowledge on performance management systems
- Knowledge on Financial implications based on HR activities
- Ability to scale up in an organization that already has and is working on a strong set of process
- Ability to fit in the structure and then build relationships at a strategic and tactical level
- Ability to bring a change to align with the strategy of the HR Department
- Good knowledge on the following strategic areas:
- Training and Development for all the employees in the organization
- Market survey knowledge to compare processes, procedures and salaries
- Attrition Management
- Resource Planning
- Career planning for the employees
- Branding and awareness
